When the customer called and Janice booked the order, he explained to Janice that the carpet was in bad shape. When we arrived and went inside to inspect the carpet, we couldn’t help but to notice a animal odor as well. After asking a few questions we obtained all the information that we needed to begin our Carpet Dry Cleaning process. The picture on the right shows the level of debris that was in the carpet. This is a photo of the Dining room where this particular path was heading to the kitchen area. Because of and due to the animal odor, we added an extra dose of Odorcide right in with the cleaning solution. This allows the Odorcide product to be worked in and through the carpet pile.

As you can see by the photos, we were able to get very good results with our carpet dry cleaning process. One thing that the pictures above can’t translate and that is the absence of the odor. When we first arrived at the home, the odor of animals was evident. The odorcide product that we use with our carpet dry cleaning process eliminated the odors. This is a standard part of our 9 step Carpet Dry Cleaning process. We do not charge an additional price for this unless the odor is so severe that we need to take aggressive action.
