This is a porcelain tile located in Seminole FL that had not been cleaned in five years. As you can see the grout line is black so we focused on removing all the built up dirt that over time had accumulated on the surface of the tile. Because the grout line was a painted black we did not anticipate how much was the color and how much was dirt. Well we found out quickly. Once we removed the 1st level of crud we then aggressively attacked the remaining debris. This is a 25 year old Aztec tile that was in a rental home in Largo, FL. Obviously this tile was neglected for years.
