We were called out to the Doctors office to give an estimate on their carpet cleaning. The carpets had not been cleaned in the past three years because of a bad experience that they had with a national company that performs a steam cleaning (wet cleaning) process. They said their carpets were wet for 2 days and the odor was so offensive that they had to apologize to their clients when they walked into the door for their appointment.
After we formulated the cost I was asked to meet with the Dr’s to give them assurance that our 9 step Carpet Dry Cleaning process would not cause them any problems with drying time. We scheduled the cleaning to begin at 4 pm and I factored that we would be done with the job at 7 pm. I assured the Doctors that on the worst case scenario the carpets would be 100% dry by midnight a full 7 hours before they were scheduled to open the doors on the next day.
Carpet Dry Cleaning works great on commercial or berber carpets;
So let’s take a look at the picture. We cleaned both of these hallways that lead into different directions. Notice the big difference in color? Everyone in the office just assumed that the color of their carpet was grey – as you can see that once we removed the dirt they actually had a pretty carpet. This view is the same one the Doctors saw before they left the office and they were just amazed with our Carpet Dry Cleaning process and the results that we were getting.
The next day our office received a call from the Doctor’s office and they were delighted not only that the carpets were 100% dry and had fresh linen smell (that’s the sanitizer that we use) , but that they no longer had a drab ugly grey carpet anymore. They were so delighted that they went ahead and developed a schedule to have the offices cleaned every 6 months.
