Carpet Dry Cleaning by Doll Bros.

 When we arrived at this condo in Clearwater Fl, the homeowner was not there to greet us. Arrangements had been made for us to just go on in and do our Carpet Dry Cleaning process on all 8 rooms of carpet and then to call her and get payment over the telephone. Well… we called her prior to starting the work because we needed to get an idea of what all of the various stains were. This is very helpful for us before we begin and it’s also a good opportunity to talk about expectations.

The customer did not know what most of these stains were, they had been there for so long. The carpet was least cleaned in 2004. Our Carpet Dry Cleaning process was referred to her by her neighbor who is a customer of ours. Although the carpet was neglected, I assured her that we would do the best possible job.

I was hesitant to post these pictures because 99% percent of the time we get such amazing results. But the more that I looked at these pictures I realized what a huge difference this was. Also, the stains created some strong odors as well. Our 9 step Carpet Dry Cleaning process also includes Odorcide Disinfectant. The Odorcide killed the smell and really made a significant difference as well. Our customer was extremely pleased with the results that we got for her.

When we arrived at this home in Seminole Fl, the customer informed us that it had been over four years when the carpet was cleaned last. The carpet was in poor condition and was very odorous. This is not uncommon so we just adjusted our chemicals and added extra Odorcide to kill the germs and bacteria. These three pictures show a very unfortunate result of what happens when you don’t know how to take proper care of Leather furniture. This is a 5 piece pit group that probably cost $5,000 or more in a beautiful expensive home that will need to be replaced prematurely. You will notice in these pictures how dry the leather skin is. It is because of this excessively dry skin that the paint on the leather skin cracked and the ruined the furniture.

The 2nd step of our 3 step Leather Furniture Cleaning process is to moisturize the skin and put the natural fat balance back into the skin. When we perform this step you can literally see the skin absorb in the moisturizer. We were called out to a new customers home to give an estimate for Tile and Grout cleaning at a home in Clearwater Fl. The customer informed this that they lived in the home for over twenty years and they have never had the tile floors professionally cleaned and they would like to see a demonstration of what the difference would like like.

While the cleaner is setting up we at that time take an inspection of all the rooms that we will  be doing our Tile and Grout Cleaning.  We are looking for damaged tile or patched in grout lines that way we can point these things out to the customer before we begin any work.

As you can see by this picture, our cleaner completely removed the built up crud that was in the grout lines. This was 20 plus years of built up debris that we easily removed. At this home in Clearwater Fl, our customer informed us that she was preparing the home for sale and needed to spruce up all of the floors. In addition to the Tile and Grout Cleaning we also Dry Cleaned all the carpets in the home. The picture on the top right was the initial sample that we made for the customer to demonstrate how effective our Tile and Grout cleaning will be on this floor.

The picture on the top left was the before picture and the picture on the lower right was taken after our Tile and Grout Cleaning was completed. It’s kind of hard to distinguish in these pictures the difference in the grout line but if you look closely – The grout line went from full of crud to crud removed and to a very clean grout line which is very evident on the close up picture to the top right.

Leather Furniture Cleaning by Doll Bros.

Notice in this picture in the lower right hand corner, this is the result of our Leather Furniture cleaning process at Doll Bros. This leather chair had never been cleaned before and the customer believed it was about 6 years old. This is just step 1 of our 3 step Leather Cleaning process.

Step #2 in our Leather Furniture Cleaning process.

Once we remove the deep down debris that is deposited into the leather we then proceed on to step 2. In this step we use a revitalizer cream to put the natural fat balance back into the skin of the leather. This has somewhat the same effect as when we put moisturizer on our skin when it is dry or sunburned. The leather quickly absorbs this and you can see the difference right away. This is one of the most important steps in our Leather Furniture cleaning process because preserving or restoring the fat balance is what helps prevent the skin from drying and cracking.

Step #3  in our Leather Furniture Cleaning process.

We apply a Protection Cream to your leather to help prevent damage from perspiration, drinks and items that stain. This step is often over looked by other cleaners but we feel it is a vital step and that’s why it makes our Leather Furniture cleaning process complete. Most of the Tile and Grout cleaning jobs that we do for our customers take anywhere from two to four hours based on the size of the floors. On this particular job we performed our Tile and Grout cleaning process to the the Kitchen, Laundry room, Entry and Hallway and completed in the work in about 2 1/2 hours.

Doll Bros. finishes the Tile and Grout Cleaning with Grout Sealant.

This condo is located in Clearwater Fl on the 10th floor. Our Tile and Grout Cleaning process is completely mobile and we can transport the equipment and chemicals without being a hindrance to your neighbors. The final step that we perform after the Tile and Grout cleaning is complete, is that we put a sealant into the grout line. The equipment that we use to do this looks like a baseball bat with a little wheel on it. And just like doing a crossword puzzle, we go up and down every single grout line one by one to get the sealant into the grout.

 These pictures illustrate the type of results that we can get from our furniture cleaning process. This sofa is very old and hasn’t been cared for in years but it had sentimental value to our customer. We did specify before we began, what our 4 step furniture cleaning steps are and what she should reasonably expect. If you notice the the cushion on the right in the top picture is what we started with.

The side by side comparrisson of before and after was quite dramatic in the top picture. The customer was shown this comparison before we continued on. She was pleasantly surprised. Furniture cleaning of an older material such as this requires that the technician be patient with the process.

As you will notice with the bottom picture, both cushions have been cleaned and sit side by side. The lighting in this picture did not do it proper justice. I can assure you that when we completed our 4 step furniture cleaning our customer was over the top with delight. She no longer had to cover the sofa with a blanket. This piece of furniture was handed down from her parents and she planned on keeping it for a long time. Now that ithe furniture cleaning is complete, the sofa can be a show piece in her home again.

In this picture on the right, the grime and debris had built up so much that you could take your finger nail and scrape debris out of the fabric. It was a combination of pollen, dust and body oils that accumulated over time. This is not that typical of a job for us, most of our furniture cleaning takes place inside the home. I say that because most outside type furniture has plastic blends in the material so the consumers can scrub and wash it themselves.

These recliners were approx 10 years old, In addition to being dirty, the skin was very dry and was getting to the point of beginning to crack the paint. We could immediately tell that these recliners would need additional work just due to the fact of their age and that they have never been cleaned before. We use leather Master products on all of our leather furniture cleaning jobs. These are superior products and they always produce tremendous results when applied with the correct skills.

Quality leather furniture cleaning can not be rushed.

It took approx 90 minutes to perform our 3 step leather furniture cleaning process to these chairs. It took six towels to absorb all of the debris that we removed from the skin. That’s an indication that a lot of debris, typically we would go through three to four towels on two recliners. These chairs just turned out beautifully. Our customers were considering to replace them until we did a sample to show them what we could do with our leather furniture cleaning process. They saved 100′s of dollars in replacement cost and were absolutely thrilled with the results!
