A graduate of Southern Illinois University, Chad Goines is the single father of a beautiful 12 year old daughter. He brings to the job a strong worth ethic and a belief in community involvement passed down from his own parents.

Chad is an active member and A/V director of the Oakhurst United Methodist Church of Seminole Florida, who also served honorably as a member of the U.S. Navy, and is a Decorated Veteran of Desert Shield/Storm in Iraq.
